Butterfly Cone Type Exhaust Fan

What this fan is

The butterfly cone exhaust fan is a galvanised steel cone fan for agriculture and industry ventilation and cooling. The product page describes it as mainly used for animal husbandry, poultry houses, livestock breeding, greenhouses, factory workshops, and textiles. Its distinguishing feature is the front double-door opening device: the two doors close with rubber seals, which the product page says effectively prevents air backflow when fans start at different times, and improves operational efficiency by 15 to 20 percent compared with similar-power fans. That percentage is the product page's own claim; it is quoted here as the product page's claim, not as an independently measured result, and a buyer who needs that figure for a design calculation should ask what test or comparison sits behind it.

Specification table — as listed on the product page

Read the table carefully before comparing the two models. The double-door version moves more air at a slightly higher speed and a slightly deeper body; the shutter version is shallower and moves less air at the same power and noise figure. Neither difference is large enough to decide a purchase on its own. The deciding factors in practice are the wall opening you already have, whether you need the double-door seal because fans in the same wall will start at different times, and whether a shutter is acceptable in your climate and dust conditions. If your fans will always start together, the sealing advantage of the double door is less valuable; if they will be staged through the day as heat rises, it is worth asking about in detail.

How to use this specification in an inquiry

Quote the model, the airflow you need, and the voltage on site, and ask the supplier to confirm that the airflow figure is measured at the static pressure your duct or pad system will impose. A free-airflow figure and a figure measured against a cooling pad are different numbers, and a pad-and-fan design that uses the free-air figure will under-deliver. Ask the same question about noise: confirm whether 69 dB is measured at a stated distance and condition, so it can be compared with other fans on the same basis.

Before ordering, confirm: the exact model and voltage for your site, the airflow and size you need, MOQ, lead time, and warranty. This page lists only what the source material verifies; anything not listed here is a question to ask, not a specification to assume.

Request a ventilation and cooling layout

Send your space size, heat source, and voltage, and ask for a layout using the equipment families on this page. Before payment, confirm MOQ, lead time, voltage, and warranty for your order.
